Mr. Rivera is manager for LFD Homefurnishings, located on Main Street in downtown Rio Grande City. Mr. Rivera brings 15 years of business management experience and, as a native of Rio Grande City, hopes to put that knowledge and his love for Main Street into the Rio Grande City Main Street Program.

“I’d like to thank the Main Street Advisory Board for their recommendation and I am honored by the appointment from the RGC Commission. I am ready to help the City and Main Street,“ said Ted Rivera.

The Rio Grande City Main Street Program provides many opportunities to get involved in downtown revitalization efforts. Anyone interested in volunteering is encouraged to visit the Rio Grande City Main Street office at 406 E. Main Street or call (956) 488-0047.
