Rio Grande City EDC Board of Directors Vice-President, Lori P. Perez, was honored at the 2024 Annual Women of Distinction Awards Dinner by the RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce at the Mission Event Center on March 6, 2024.
“It’s humbling to be among such an excellent list of women,” said Lori Perez. “Hats off to the Rio Grande Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for shining a beacon of light for others.”
The awards dinner honors women in differing fields ranging from government to arts and entertainment. Along with Mrs. Perez, this year’s honorees also included: JoAnn Lopez Posas, Irma S. Pena, Morgan LaMantia, Rhonda Salinas, Savannah Lerma, Alyssa Renee Ochoa, Rebecca Ramirez-Gearhart, Tracy Almanza, and Veronica Whitacre.
