U.S. Sen. John Cornyn and U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar are confident that a successor trade agreement to NAFTA will be ratified by Congress this fall.
The two lawmakers were panelists a USMCA forum hosted by the Rio Grande Valley Partnership and Futuro RGV. The forum was held at the Pharr Events Center and the panel was moderated by UT-Rio Grande Valley Vice President Veronica Gonzales.
